“Booked this room for a one night stay. Once I entered my room I regretted it immediately. The online pictures are deceiving. My room was dirty, the television didn’t work. There was no phone in the room and there was urine left in the toilet.
The longer I sat in the room the more I began to itch. I left the room to make the front desk aware of the conditions. Just to be told this is how it is and he wasn’t responsible for housekeeping or shall I say lack there of. He offered me another……

“Not very clean, bathroom was falling apart and disgusting, loud guest all through hotel (music and yelling till midnight), smelt like weed in the hallways, door battery died and we ended up sitting in the lobby for over an hour waiting for maintenance to come unlock our room in the middle of the night (didn’t even change the battery so we couldn’t leave out room unattended). Breakfast was alright.”
