"This place is convenient to Kyoto Station, and has nice King Beds...they also have a public bath on the 2nd floor. But, to be honest, the front desk staff is a little strict/rude in their operations. Price was fair, but they also wanted to charge extra if you don't checkout by 10:00 am."

"The entire stay was incredible! The staff were super friendly and helpful, service was top notch. The breakfast was stellar, some of the best baked goods ever from their bakery and the eggs Benedict were just superb. Our room was quite large and the shower was delightful. We hope to be back one day!"

"The best thing about this hotel is the location. Right outside your door you can walk to the market or subway. The onsen is very nice and well maintained. The property backs onto a cemetery/ temple which is interesting aand quiet. The room I booked had two beds that were side by side. One was extremely hard to access because it was right next to a wall. I disliked their bed, it was too hard and the pillows were horrible. I don’t think I got a good sleep the entire time I stayed there. The staff did not go out of their way to make my experience special even though I was there to celebrate my 60th birthday. My overall experience was so/so. I highly doubt I will go back to this hotel."
