"溫泉浴場很大，泡湯很舒服，泡完湯還可以吃冰或是喝養樂多，喜歡泡湯的話房間的浴室基本上用不太到，整體來說很推薦。早餐沒有訂但看很多人去吃，早上尖峰時段還需要抽號碼牌。"

"This hotel is on top of the Kintetsu Kyoto Station, no need to mention how convenient it is! We're here for one night, a stopover before we continue to our next destination, so I'd say hotel wise it a perfect option for us. The room is clean, quiet, comfortable, and no weird smell, even though it's not really spacious, but just normal size you'll get in among most Japanese hotels. Hotel staff was nice and approachable. The location is everything about this hotel, simply one lift downstairs, and you can enjoy all the shops and restaurants. Overall we had a nice but short stay in this hotel, it is indeed perfect for city tour."

"Our family of four had a wonderful stay in the Japanese suite, which was both immaculate and impressively spacious. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort, making it an ideal choice for a family stay. Breakfast offered a choice between Japanese and Western options; while both were well prepared, we particularly enjoyed the Japanese breakfast for its delicious flavors and calm, refined atmosphere. The staff were consistently attentive and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel’s location next to Kyoto Station was especially convenient for our short two-night stay, particularly as we were traveling with several large suitcases. While it is not in the city center, getting around by taxi was straightforward and hassle-free. The only minor drawback was an additional charge for the bath, which is often included at other hotels. That said, this did not detract significantly from our overall experience, and we would be very happy to return for another stay."
