「This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. 「Check in at 3, we got there after 5 and room was not ready. Finally got a room 40 min later. Room was clean, strong lemon scent which died down later that evening. We were on the 6 floor. The next morning could not shower there was no water on the 6 floor. Staff apologized repeatedly but no compensation for no water or late on check in.」
