「Yes it was, the staff were exceptional, young man when we were leaving for the airport and needed to find our laundry which should have been delivered by an outside laundry, totally saved us. He called the laundry which was about to close for the day. Offered to go with us in the taxi that he had ordered to assist with dealing with the laundry. We didn’t require that but he already called them to establish our laundry was there. PS if staying at the hotel DO NOT USE Arthur’s laundry service....

「A friendly & relaxed welcome, given i was a Very late arrival. I was given a quiet room, which given my late check-in, was Very practical. So that i did not disturb others!! Loverly PuraVida atmosphere. Spent the following day by the pool, aclimatising & watching the 🐦 pool dip. & Had the Pool to my self ...for several swims. 」

「No AC, loud noises from street (lots of motorcycles), loud music from lobby (karaoke machine?), bed with no blanket (only top sheet), and bathroom out of TP and paper towels. However, hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries. Decent storage in room closet. Area is secure (garage door and front door locked at night). Had a private room for 4 and it did the trick for a 1 night stay before early flight but otherwise would be rough. 」

「I was checked in sooner when I arrived I stayed in a mixed bed dorm 4quad no issues, they communicated quickly and the food there was also great. It was quiet, sheets were cleaned and they answered all my questions. Will be back again. 」
