“When Checked in, collect certain amount of Euro cash(can't disclosed in here), saying it's city tax. Requested for receipt, said will email me..Now after one week nothing received. Through the booking operator to ask, also no answer. I suspect this is a scam.”

“The only positive thing about this experience was the staff who were kind and tried to be helpful. They had very little at their disposal to offer as this place was a dump. There's no other way for me to explain it other than a dump. Nasty everywhere. The A/C in the room did not work and the maintenance person suggested we open the window. Need I say more?”

“Overall, the stay was ok but communication could have been much better. At times, it was difficult to get clear and timely information, which caused some unnecessary confusion.”

“這是一個離車站最遠的海岸線辺上的酒店，如果不怕吵可以訂，因為我們住在馬路邊車聲很吵，隔音窗效果不好，另外行裡太多的也不能訂，因為沒有電梯只能爬樓梯，房間雖然整潔但真的很小，厠所只能站一個人，還好我們只住一晚！”

“I book this hotel because of the pool . It's good to swim in the winter in a in-house pool . And price is good for winter . When I closed the window there is a strange sound because the wind fm the sea . So must need to open a little bit window . It's fine for me . Just one thing I don't like is the washroom , it is separate with bathroom and not washing facilities. ”

“I know the hotel was just opening but it is still not acceptable that we had to shower ice cold and that we didn't knew in advance that the wellness area will not be open. There was also no one who could help us with that situation. Also you could hear your room neighbors and people on the corridor very loud. We got some compensation what's good but for now I can't say that it was a great stay. Probably in a few months it is better or even great but for now I have to say how we experienced it.……
