Enjoy a Lakeview, 3-bedroom 2 bath beach house in the gated resort of Oceanside Village with linen and complimentary LIMO-GOLF CART, included to travel inside Oceanside Village and to the Oceanside Beachfront parking. The master bedroom offers a king bed with master bath. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third bedroom is great for kids with twin bunk beds. Pack ‘n Play also available for a little one. TV's are located in master bedroom, second bedroom, living room, and outdoor area for everyone's enjoyment. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare any meal. Enjoy your morning coffee with a lake view from your dining room or back porch. The open concept with kitchen and large living room are great for movies, games, and family time. Enjoy your afternoons on the covered porch with the outdoor tv or nightly golf cart rides throughout the village. Laundry room complete with washer and dryer and room for storage. Cable/Wifi included.

No need to worry about all the little things. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach bags, and beach toys are provided. For indoor activities, board games and cards available. Start-up soap and paper products will be also be provided.

Within Oceanside Village, you will enjoy two outdoor pools, a new heated indoor pool, lounge pool, kids splash zone, outdoor hot tub, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball area, playground area, pickle ball court, bocce, community center, and activities center. Spend the mornings or afternoons fishing at one of the many lakes in Oceanside Village. Just remember, it is catch and release. Fitness Center is also available for a small fee.

Enjoy your private beach parking and be sure to try out the Beachfront Conch Cafe Restaurant that is adjacent to the oceanside beach front lot. If you are into golfing and putt-putt, Tupelo Bay, an 18-Hole Executive Course with a full service Clubhouse and Snack Bar, is just outside Oceanside Village. Also, check out the driving range, miniature golf, foot golf, and disc golf Don't forget to stop by the ice-cream shop at the end of your play!

During the summer season (Memorial Day-Labor Day), rentals are minimum of seven nights from Saturday to Saturday only. All others dates require a 3 night minimum stay.

All guests must complete a signed rental agreement and provide a valid photo ID to finalize their reservation. Due to personal liability Insurance, we do not allow anyone under the age of 21 to drive our privately owned golf cart.
