“Das Check-In ist gewöhnungsbedürftig! Per WhatsApp erhielten wir die Bedienungsanleitung für den Zugang. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber. Wir haben 2x übernachtet, aber kein Personal gesehen. Um die Rechnung zu zahlen, mussten wir das Geld bar auf dem Tisch liegen lassen. Für uns ein wenig ungewohnt! Sehr teuer für das gebotene!”

“Todo fue genial, la ubicación de metro para ir a cinque terre, cerquisima, y la estaciones de bus, a unos pasos del hotel! El personal de lo más lindo y amable, la limpieza excelente, la seguridad que se siente viajando con la familia, genial, y además tenían muchos extras para uno como agua fría, café y galletas, detalles que marcan la diferencia”

“距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程 這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓 不難找到 由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡 有非常古式的電梯 民宿內共有五間房間 住的非常寬敞 也很乾淨 有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點 但到傍晚 就有許多餐廳開始營業 餐飲有很多選擇 比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多 大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳 附近也有許多商店可以閒逛 但不會營業到太晚 週圍環境很寧靜舒適 ”

“A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!”

“I booked two rooms here. The rooms were listed as “double or twin” which generally means that the beds could be separated, which I specifically requested. They were not separable so two members of our group had to find a room in a different hotel. The staff member I communicated with would not allow a refund for the room that we did not use and was pretty rude about it. There were also some amenities in the listing that were not actual features of the property/rooms. Lastly, the door handle on……

“The picture of “King” property is misleading as it depicts a grandiose view of several buildings on the park however, the entrance to this property was around the corner on a dismal street. The elevator was a total joke—-it didn’t stop on the 2nd or 3rd floor—-we had to schlep our luggage up one flight or down two! Since I have a bad knee the lack of an elevator to our floor was not revealed on their website at the time of our reservation. The interior space was clean, beds were comfortable,……

“The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel was hard to find. I did not like the fact that we had to pay for parking. This was not disclosed and should be disclosed to customers. The breakfast was very cheap: a croissant, very small focaccia with cheese, 1 small cup of coffee, 1 bottle of water and a slim small half glass of juice. No eggs, no variety of breakfast items to choose from. Left breakfast still hungry. Other than that, it was ok.”
