「I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Santiago de Chile. The cleanliness was outstanding—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed, making the experience even more enjoyable. 「The check-in staff was extremely helpful with our hotel room and with advice about being in the city the hotel room was tidy and had clean sheets. It was a bit grungy. Location is excellent so if you don’t need perfect this is manageable.」

「Me hospedé por 9 días, nadie me limpia y no me cambian las sábanas ni toallas. Escribí al encargado me dice que se limpia y se cambia cuando salga los huéspedes solamente y si están muy sucias se cobra algo adicional. Y no aceptan visitas en el alojamiento.」

El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.」
