“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……

“We had an amazing room overlooking the square. It was very large, clean, with great amenities. The furnishings were well appointed and fun. They supplied coffee, snacks, laundry detergent, dish, soap, and toiletries. The location was perfectly located to restaurants. TASCA DOS SAPATEIROS was an amazing little restaurant on the block behind the hotel, and we would highly recommend it.

“Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful.
