“El hotel estaba muy sucio en cuestión de cocina; todos los platos/tazas siempre muy sucio, durante toda mi estadía no pudimos entrar a la alberca ya que había un grupo enorme de niños de secundaria hospedados que traían un desmadre en todas las áreas del hotel, este tipo de hoteles no debería aceptar este tipo de huéspedes.
Mis sábanas en la habitación estaban manchadas y la comida muy mal.”

“This hotel is in an ideal location, walking distance to everything in Merida. The staff are very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit. The common areas are lovely, and how you would imagine an hacienda 100 years ago. Our room was very basic - wifi was slow and the phone would not fully charge overnight (with a message of slow charging.)”
