“The only Mandatory fees （65$ a night) not mention and when I ask any chargeable activities. They said only a leaflet will show. Suggest must mention to guests when check-in. To avoid any arguments. ”

“The room was cozy and very clean with views of the lake. The restaurants have excellent food and drinks with very attentive staff, also the lobby bar is a great place to chill for a night time cocktail. The grounds are gorgeous and was able to spend a relaxing day at the pool. The Windermere is a wonderful get away and all staff are extremely helpful, we shall be back.”

“The restaurant on site is top-notch. We had lunch and a dinner. Both were fantastic. We were going to go into Bracebridge to find a nice restaurant and we are glad we did not. Can’t wait to go back.”

“We loved the room we stayed in, everything was clean, staff was nice. Would have loved some amenities to be more in the room such as a microwave to not go all the way downstairs to have to use one, as well as more parking. That being said those are all nit picky things, the place and stay was excellent!”

“When calling the front desk, no answer or response after leaving voice mail. We had to go to the front desk to actually to get service. Wifi didn't work. Washroom was damp and had poor ventilation. Expensive for what we got. Restaurant not open on Tuesdays and only 1 other option available in vicinity.”
