"Staff is accommodating and friendly! The views were incredibly! Food was excellent with lots of choices. Amenities are top notch and the pools are lovely and clean. Beach staff were very nice and the grounds are well kept. We will be back again! Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Friendly staff who helped with a late check-in and recommended options for late night food to order in as the hotel restaurant closes at 9pm. Property is charming, a little old school but very clean, however, no elevator which may be an issue for some guests. Water pressure is amazing. Restaurant during the day was delicious and great staff. Would recommend."

"The website indicates that there is a hot tub on site, but a staff member said that it was a sitting tub only. We were a bit disappointed about that. Our room didn’t have much a view. The staff was lovely. They were very helpful. The resort was well kept and it was in a great location. It was affordable too! Close drive to Bala and to Coldwater which were lovely towns to visit! We would book this venue again."

"From the outside, the hotel isn’t very attractive, but once you get inside, it’s a different story. The rooms look newly renovated and have everything you need, including a microwave, fridge, iron, and hair dryer. The stay felt similar to a Holiday Inn-type experience. Breakfast is included, which is a plus, although the breakfast selection wasn’t really that good. Parking also felt safe and secure for our car. Overall, we had a good stay and would consider staying here again."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this facility, as we were aware that it is quite old. The location was perfect…..quiet, wooded, and with a lovely expansive waterfront that was very private. Our balcony looked through trees onto a wonderful panoramic lake view. Our unit was most pleasant….clean, bright and very functional. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was top notch….attractive and felt great! The lighting in the bathroom was much appreciated as it was very bright. Our only disappointment was the shower as there was not a hand held option for showering. We would definitely return and have already recommended this property to others.
