「Staff were friendly however restaurant is closed,also pipes have bad water hammer,air-conditioner is efficient but very noisy and traffic noise is also a problem. Receptionist was helpful in providing recommendations for eating out and the Thai restaurant had great meals many of which were gluten free.」
「The check in was very friendly. The room was extremely clean. Parking was good and not an issue. Ate at the RSL next door - food was ok however you cannot buy a glass of wine - unbelievable - only bottles available.」
「If this was a $150 per night hotel I’d be lucky to give them an average rating but at $192 for one person this place is terrible. No staff at check in just a number to call then told key is in the room. As for the room the floor was filthy and stained, broken power and light sockets, broken tiles around taps in the shower and lots of mould. The pool was green and the grass and gardens unkept. Apparently this used the be a great place to stay, not anymore. the 9/10 rating is a joke」
「This was a late booking, and I wasn't sure if I'd get there on time (I was coming from Sydney); but all was good. Room was clean, warm, and the coffee AND BISCUITS in the room were most welcome.
btw ... having the Chinese restaurant on the premises was a huge bonus too. I ordered take-away that night (because I'd arrived late) and the servings were huge!

「OK. I want to give a better review than I am giving, but I just cant.
The place is run down - it was clean, but very tired.
Mattresses were the real cheap - old spring type and we could feel every spring.
The main bedroom - I couldn't use because there was no power near the beds, so I had to sleep in a single bed to be near a power point.
Room had little more going for it except a very basic place to park your head.
Location is great, but the place really needs work.
