“Excellent hotel”

“Thank you, Jacob, for your generous hospitality and your efforts to secure a one-night rebate from Expedia for my stay from June 16th to 18th. I sincerely hope your request is successful and that I receive the refund for my one-night stay. The chaos of duplicate room bookings arose due to two tour operators canceling my booked tour at the very last minute, which forced me to seek alternative activities for my trip to Patagonia. While this situation was unfortunate, it is in no way a reflection……

“Lee and his wife made our stay here incredible. They were so kind and gave excellent recommendations for shops and restaurants in town. They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. They truly gave us peace of mind on our trip that we were going to be taken care of! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ”

“A very unique, quaint, comfortable accommodation in a perfect location! The new owner Norlly was very welcoming, friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations, tours… She is gradually updating the entire property. We arrived early and she kindly had a room made ready. Breakfast was very good (eggs included- omelette was yummy! There is also a lovely lunch/tea room here. Coffee & tea were always a available as was a common fridge to use. Beds, linens & towels were clean & of good quality.……

“El Establo is fabulous. Between the bus station and downtown it is close to everything (10 min walk). Very clean and well organized. Fit us perfectly for our stay pre and post hiking. Muchos Gracias.”

“We were so impressed with DT Loft. We stayed here for 5 nights while we explored and did some hiking in TDP. The loft had everything we needed to cook ourselves some meals (even essentials like oil and salt). The cleaning service was one of the best I've ever experienced - coming back from a long hike to a spotless place (even with dishes washed which we hadn't had chance to do from breakfast before setting off early). The staff we friendly, the beds were comfy, the temperature of the loft was……
