Nice but needs work...the pictures make it look much nicer than it is.

The house is nice and the pool, hot tub and location are hard to beat. But...the property is very dated and needs some upgrades and repairs. The dishwasher wouldn't latch, the closet door know kept falling off, some of the outlets were to worn to hold plugs, the jacuzzi control fell out in you hand when you tried to turn it...nothing exactly major but irritating when everything you touch seems to fail. We were a party of seven and that was more than plenty for the size of the house(all were adults). The other thing that was surprising was that the one bedroom was completely separate "hotel room" type of room. A bit awkward. Maintenance is through a contract firm and once I was able to get through to an operator (expect to be on hold A LONG TIME) they were quick to respond. However, the person who came out just took pictures and said "the appliance guy isn't in until Monday" (this was checkin day of Saturday) His next comment was that the "pool guy" would be in on Tuesday. Also, expect to bring EVERYTHING. Despite the description saying there would be starter supplies, there were none (paper towels, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, etc) Overall, it was a good vacation and the house served the purpose and was cozy. It was just a disappointment in many ways.

We've stayed in the C-Scape before, so we were pleased it had all the amenities as before plus the Master BR bathroom/shower had been upgraded. The number of bedrooms is perfect for our family. We love the ocean, but it's handy to have the pool and hot tub/pool. As occasional cigar smokers, the gentlemen were disappointed that smoking was prohibited on the entire property (we don't even smoke inside our own homes!). But we adhered to the rule.

There were plenty of beds, a large pool, an amazing hot tub, and right on the beach! What else do you need?

Getaway

Great for our family ranging in age from 82 to 7. Public beach access next door was nice for elderly & elevator HUGE bonus! Outdoor space was great, rockers were always occupied. Screened in area nice for extra area while raining. Table/extra chairs around were nice for the whole family to eat at the table. Showers were impressive.

Great beach house!

Loved the in-ground pool and jacuzzi, the rocking chairs on the deck were used daily, and the view of the ocean with spectacular! Only negative was the one bedroom that is not connected to the main living quarters in any way.
