We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable. The extra Murphy bed worked out nice for us. The kitchen was small but had all we needed (aside from an oven).

Pretty Decent Overall

Most everything about the property is great. No weird smells, fairly clean, easy access to the beach and I like that you had to have a code to enter the building. My only complaint was that in the listing it states that there are no hidden fees and there was no mention of a damage deposit yet the next day after I booked I was asked to pay a refundable deposit that I would've been more than happy to pay had I been made aware before I booked. Other than that the stay was great.

Myrtle Beach

Fridge wasn’t working when we got there so I messaged owner and she immediately started trying to fix the problem within an hour or two we had a whole new refrigerator brought up to the condo! Only reason I didn’t give the location a 5 was because our last night there 4 police cars pulled under the awning of the building while we had the kids in the pool! The proceeded to tell us not to be alarmed, but yet we were since we were at the outside pool with the kids.

My Experience

The host was amazing. I was having payment issues and she helped right away. Overall the place was very nice and clean. My only real complaint was if you want to cook there is no counter space. It was only a few steps to the beach. Cannot see the beach from this floor. Water pressure was good. AC was good. Basic kitchen needs were included. Stress free check in and check out. I thought the washer and dryer were in the room so it was a surprise to find out they were on different floors.
