Melanie was very easy to contact. Check in was very easy. The condo is a Convenient walk to the ocean. The location is great-close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

For one of the old hotels, the renovations were awesome. We stayed in a studio which felt larger than I expected. It was so clean, full size refrigerator. It was pet friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The “beach view” is very minimal and only if you go out on the balcony and peak around the corner through the trees. The advertised amenity, a workout room, was not available as it was being renovated. This should have been disclosed. Also the “pets allowed” was very restricted so read the fine printThat being said, the host, Melanie, was very responsive and tried to ameliorate any issues we had.

Very nice Studio , one room . Clean newly renovated.

We enjoyed our stay with our two little dogs. No stove or dishwasher but we knew going in no stove. Huge refrigerator. Slight view of ocean. Pretty quiet location on lobby level. We would recommend.
