Excellent location nice neighborhood people very friendly twin beds in one bedroom squeak every time you move very annoying need a news house keeper wasn’t very clean was very surprised that so many don’t clean up their pets waste in the entire area very rude

What I learned… location was great, bed mattresses not good, condo was clean, blinds needed work to ensure privacy. Great communication with owner. 48th Ave beach access was nice. Not crowded at all but it was off season. A nice weekend getaway for the family!

Off Season Stay

We were in town for a gymnastics competition and had a wonderful stay! Would recommend bringing everyday cookware and homey comforts for an extended stay. Super clean!

Get away.

Lots of space in the unit. The mattresses, couch needs replacement. Walls were dirty. The location was amazing and the pool was awesome. Mixed feelings.

Convenient Location & Responsive Owner

The location met our needs ( close to the beach & restaurants). Additionally, we enjoyed walking the nearby golf course (near the clubhouse). The owner responded quickly to communications. Overall, the property matched the pictures. The laundry & dish pods were appreciated. The only minor inconvenience was limited cooking supplies (no cutting board, spoon to break up meat, or colander). We also enjoyed the pool when we wanted calmer water. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, nice apartment. Manager very responsive stove top was not working fully and responded right away offering to get maintenance. I would stay here again.
