「Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The room was not up to an acceptable standard, and the bathroom was not clean when we arrived. Additionally, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, causing excessive condensation after taking hot showers. The condensation made the bathroom floor wet and slippery, so I had to use one of our towels to dry the floor to prevent anyone from slipping. When I requested additional towels from the front desk, I was told that I was only allowed to receive...

「The absolute worst experience ever. The y had no keys and one desk clerk. Everytime you left and came back you had to wait on the clerk to let you into your room. It smelled like sewer water everywhere. The elevator gets stuck and opens when it want. Then when we went out to the beach at night and came back there was no clerk until 4 am and we stayed in the car. I have videos and all for proof. I need my stay refunded IMMEDIATELY!」

「The hotel overall was filthy. All floors, windows, hall furniture and common areas were in need of a deep and thorough clean. The pool was more green and did not appear clean. All wallpaper was rippled, peeling, or stained. The doors had dents all up and down them. The breakfast nook was dirty. There was hair in both beds. The bathtub needed a deep scrub or replacement. The furniture was dated, dented, and edges were peeling. Two staff members were at the front desk talking about how rooms were...
