Great stay

Property is in a great location 1 block from the beach. Has a nice sized community pool just steps away. The house was nicely decorated and easy to get to. Check in process was super simple. I would definitely book again.

Couldnt use Pool Table, Sticks were broken, No extra trash bags, the front door lock is basically broken, the pool is basic, the fence on the balcony is loose, not safe. Communication is just average too. Corporate ran. Just an average house for WAY more than it needs to be priced at. Thats why the 3 out of 5. Probably wont not stay here and pay that money.

Below par

This place looks nice in the pictures. However, it was extremely dirty when we arrived. There was a fruit fly infestation that existed our entire stay. The floor was extremely dirty to the point that our feet were black the first moments we walked around the house. There was random types of sticky substances on walls and cabinets, there were no shower mats provided, there were no supplies of any type provided aside from 3 trash bags. The coffee pot was broken, the handle on the microwave was broken. For a 7k, 4 night stay I would say it was the most low quality experience we’ve ever had at a rental. Would not recommend staying here.
