Perfect Location

Great location, far enough from the center of town (wheel) to walk to but away from the hustle and bustle. Beach and pool access were great. Pleanty of food and entertainment choices within walking distance. Only negatives would be the wondow shade in the sleepi g area needs an additional unit to block out more light and the doors slamming (as there is nothing to stop the neighbors at 2 and 3am). Great stay and location.

Nice Condo, very basic. Had problems with both tvs. Maintenance had to come on Sat. The tv in the living room only had access to Roku; had to be reset. The bedroom tv remote was broken and had to be replaced. The beds were not comfortable. The condo was very clean and well kept.

Not worth the money. Room was clean but property was dirty. Elevator’s filthy and took forever. People walking past your room loudly until midnight. Window next to bed where people are loud. Got a check out procedure before I checked.

Beautiful place for a long weekend

Loved the view and the place was very clean. We stayed here because we were out of town for the myrtle beach 5k race and this place was so easy to access. Close to everything in walking distance and right on the beach. Only issue I had were the beds. They were comfortable, however for someone that tosses and turns all night due to back issues, these beds are soo squeaky that it woke my partner several times. Thank you for a great stay we will definitely be back!

Completely Mislead. Uncaring Management

Public Wi-Fi. That’s why it’s “free”. Never worked. AC was absolutely horrendous. Says sleeps 6 however only room for 2/3 to sit together in living room. It’s not a penthouse it’s the 19th floor of the building. Definitely not remodeled. Very loud building. Couldn’t connect to any of the free Wi-Fi. When I expressed my concern because it was a working vacation I was basically told too bad it is what it is. No AC in the bedroom whatsoever. The location is fantastic right on the beach but you can get that anywhere. Not what I expected or envisioned for the price. Won’t be returning or ever dealing with that property management again.
