Our Oceanfront King Efficiency Accessible consists of one King bed, a kitchenette equipped with small size refrigerator, your basic cookware and dinnerware, one bath, one television, wireless internet access, and a private balcony that overlooks the ocean. No Murphy bed or sleeper sofa. This unit offers some disability features; however, our units are individually owned and therefore are not fully ADA compliant.
