    Our spacious Royale Palms condo has it all. It is professionally decorated with spacious living and dining area, a full kitchen, full bath room for each bed room with granite counter top throughout, and a laundry room with full size washer and drier. A private 250 sq. huge balcony runs the length of the unit and has spectacular views of the ocean and the lake. If you need a bigger space, our condo can be rented as a 3 bedroom with additional lockout unit.

    There is Myrtle Beach, and there is Kingston Plantation's Myrtle Beach.

    Royale Palms at Kingston Plantation is Myrtle Beach's newest and grandest oceanfront resort. Special rate for long term winter rental is available.

The size of the space is nice. The condition of the property needs some attention. Examples : kitchen faucet sprayer does not stay in place. Bathroom faucet hot water handle turns past off and turns back on. Washing machine sensor setting does not operate properly. Everything looks like it needs to be updated. Everything also feels like it needs to be deep cleaned. The top of the refrigerator was absolutely disgusting. Dining room table under the glass also disgusting. Listing stated that rental included access to a gym, it doesn't. Overall value not worth the monthly spent for what we received.

Wonderful Stay

We absolutely loved this condo! It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach, you can’t beat the location. Plus the property offered lot of amenities! The patio was our favorite place to relax with a coffee while listening to the waves. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It could use a little sprucing up here and there, but overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Very spacious.

The property is beautiful. There was enough room for all the members attending the conference to be together instead of separate rooms. If the conference is held next year at the Hilton Resort we will try again to stay at the Royal Palms.

Wonderful condo, close to everything!

This Condo exceeded expectations. Easy access to the beach, with beach accessories available if you didn’t bring your own. The Condo felt more spacious than the pictures showed and was CLEAN. Beds, floors, showers, not a trace of sand anywhere. Listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach from the patio was fantastic as well. I absolutely would stay here again.
