Come enjoy a perfect beach vacation in a newly refurbished 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom condo just 20 short steps to tranquil Cherry Grove Beach, located right across the street from public beach access. Condo has just been COMPLETELY REFURBISHED with NEW FLOORS, PAINT THROUGHOUT, UPGRADED CABINETRY, APPLIANCES, ALL NEW MODERN FURNITURE, 2 NEW AC UNITS and FLAT SCREEN TVs. Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee station and everything you need for a relaxing get away. Comfortable sleeps four with 2 queen beds in the separate bedroom.

All updates were made to ensure the condo is pet friendly. The floors are waterproof and easily cleaned. Mattresses and all pillows are covered with high quality waterproof protectors that are changed with each stay, and pet bowls are provided. Feel free to to include your fur family members in your exciting beach vacation!

This clean and inviting property features an outdoor pool with sun loungers, complimentary wi-fi, linens & towels provided, outdoor grill and contactless 24-hour arrival and departure access. Perfect for families, couples, friends, and solo travelers seeking an amazing adventure, or a relaxing get away.

The property is located at 5201 N Ocean Blvd in N Myrtle Beach. This amazing location is close to restaurants offering everything from casual waterfront eats to fine dining. Condo was just right for us and our puppies!
We enjoyed our stay at Genevas Condo very much. Everything from the charcuterie tray in the fridge to the condiments and beach towels and chairs to use for the Beach. All so much convenience as if your at home. We will return here to Cherry Cove Beach again.

First visit at this property
We stayed late March at this property and enjoyed our stay. We love the Cherry Grove area and have used VRBO numerous times. The condo was so cute and stocked so well. There was anything there you would need and more. The only suggestion I would have is for some room darkening curtains to be put up as the building is well lit outside. We also loved the lock using a code and no key or card to keep up with. The owner was very helpful with a small issue we had and responded quickly.

Very clean cozy condo right across from the beach. The host was very responsive and left several little extras for us (donuts, bananas, ham and cheese plate).

The location was perfect for us. It was the first time I had traveled with a pet and this unit was perfect with easy access to the beach, community to walk the my dog and the other people living and staying in the other units were very nice. The host was super easy to work. The unit was nice, new looking and exactly as appears on vrbo with every extra you would want.. Beach towels, chairs, beach umberella, coffee pods.. The host goes over and above to make your stay very special and nice!!

Relaxing!
This property fit all our needs and was just what we needed. The place is completely stocked with essentials you just don’t get at other VRBO’s. Geneva goes above and beyond to accommodate her guests and is amazing to work with. We had a medical emergency come up and weren’t sure if we were going to be able to check in on our scheduled date and she worked with us to give us an extra day if we needed it. Geneva was so kind and responsive. We will be booking again!! Thank you so much Geneva!
