very comfortable on top of the beach

I enjoyed my 2 week stay very much. The administration office was very friendly, competent and always there. The view, sounds of the waves, climate control, building extras, cooking arrangements- all were well-used and enjoyed. Thank-you, and I hope to return.

This unit was poorly maintained, outdated and overall in poor condition. Initially, I was very apprehensive about staying with concerns about bed bugs, etc.. However, after checking the bed bug registry (with no findings) and examining the room we did stay. Hopefully, there will not be an issue after returning home.

Not for 4 people!!

As much as I would like to give a good review, I just can’t. And it’s only the room I’m complaining about. The room needs some major renovations and TLC. There were cracks in the bathtub that pinched your feet when u were taking a shower. There was gunk on the walls, the wall by the balcony door was falling apart, and severely outdated. And if you have kids, you do not want this room. It’s very claustrophobic with 4 people. A single couple might be happy in the room. But like I said, needs a major overhaul.

Very dated...kitchen is gross...chipped countertops. Bath ewas small and water dripped from faucet and tub. Ice maker did not work and there was no ice machine in the building. Very nice location, though on the beach. Would not rent there again.
