This led to an issue on check-in when I was asked to pay the full price of the stay when I was expecting only to pay the balance. “Pull up to the front desk it wasn’t bad but that area could use a little work. The gentleman at the front desk was pretty professional. The property could use a some renovation also. Pool area was clean. Proceed to the room area I must say it was clean smell good and all I could need for a weekend getaway was there. My only problem I had is that I ask for a dueen bed and I think what I get was two double. But I’m not one for complaining so it was all good. I will definitely be going back……

They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. “I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
