"I am giving this stay two stars only because of a few positive interactions with specific staff members; otherwise, the management and operational failures would warrant a lower rating. This is an outdated property that suffers from a severe lack of leadership and efficiency. The Check-In & Lobby Experience The "service" model here is baffling. Every guest is attended by two staff members simultaneously, yet this does not make the process faster or smoother. In fact, checking in was significantly delayed. The lobby is filled with staff roaming around, seemingly with the sole intention of ignoring customers. Room Quality & Service • Missing Essentials: Basic items like washcloths and hand towels are apparently not part of the regular room setup. We had to call multiple times just to get these delivered. • Communication Breakdown: Obtaining a simple active folio or getting a clear answer on where resort credits could be used felt like a mission rather than a basic request. The Checkout Disaster Checkout took a grueling 45 minutes. There was only one person working the front desk while five concierge staff congregated in the lobby nearby; not a single one was willing to step in or assist their colleague. Furthermore, the staff gave us a very hard time regarding our prepaid Expedia transportation, repeatedly attempting to double-charge us despite proof of payment. "A little gem of a hotel. For a more authentic Jamaican stay away from the bland big commercial resorts and hotels. Very friendly staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I will return and recommend highly."

"The Property Need lots of Repairs, Their are broken tiles on floors, broken glass table in room, the gas Stove is rusted and burners are burnt out ,bathroom facet not right for that sink, when turned on it is sprays over the Floor and the shower head sprays incorrectly. The entrance doors and patio doors need adjusted, There are mold on entrance floors and walls, there are repairs needed on the whole property!"

"I did not realize that this was rated as a 3 star. It could use some minor repairs. (water damage and what looked like mould on the walls, kitchen water tap needs to be fixed had no water for a day. 1 Electrical plug that was fixed during my stay. Shutter in the bathroom that kept poppin open.) Was not happy about the few cockroaches. This place had a fantastic view. I would definitely book here again. "

"After a small initial mix-up where the host forgot about our reservation, everything went incredibly smoothly. We absolutely loved the apartment! It was spotless and very well stocked with all the essentials, which made our stay comfortable right away. The balcony was a great place to relax, and the direct access to the pool was a fantastic bonus that we really enjoyed. The location was also perfect and made getting around very easy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again."
