“Good”

“Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were outdated and bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. It was a good stay for the night though.”

“First impression was like the photos on line. The property looked nice and rather new. Upon going to our room, we were impressed with the courtyard, the seating and the grills they were available. That all ended when we opened the door to room 205. It was nasty!! The smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. Looking around the room was really disgusting. The walls are all marked up, dead spider in a web in the corner of the ceiling, stains on the walls, the door handle on the bathroom door……

“The place was clean and had very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options were incredible and well stocked/ attended.”

“We stopped for the night and found the room to be big and comfortable. They just had a very basic breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great to be able to park right in front of the room.”

“The thing I liked the most was the front desk staff & the breakfast crew. They were all so kind & friendly. Love the room, the outside dog area and the location.”

“Very clean room and public areas, complimentary coffee, tea, and breakfast in the lobby, which is very nice and easy for guests. Easy parking, 10-15 mins walking distance to nearby restaurants and cafes. I'd recommend it to anyone who's around for a short trip or business trip.”

“The staff was great. We really enjoyed our room. It was right on the water and the restaurant on site kept us from having to leave at all.”

“No room cleaning service, no offering water, no offering new towels…didn’t clean up garbage can, bad smell in the room.”

“Environment quiet, air conditioner too noise”

“The room was quite humid, loud AC unit. Walls are very thin, I could hear people talking in the next room until 12:30am. Did not get much sleep.”

“We liked the ping pong table; we specifically chose this hotel for the fireplace in the common space lobby area, however upon check in, we were told by the clerk that the fireplace had not worked since she had been working there. Upon entering the room from a chilly evening, the room was freezing as the ceiling fan was on & the air conditioning was set to 60 degrees; we suspected this was an attempt to mask the reeking smell of cat urine in the entry way; it did not work. On the second night I……

“We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and everything was perfect. The bathroom was roomy as well as the room. Plenty of room for extra medical equipment if needed. And my favorite part the beds were low enough to transfer from wheelchair. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. L P”
