“Lovely place to stay. Cute ryokan style room with own toilet and sink. Onsen downstairs was ok but there are lots of onsens to explore in area for bathing after skiing. Location was excellent. A short walk to main Happo bus terminal. Also very short walk to Hakuba Valley Shuttle bus stop and skiing at Nakiyama slope. Not much of a walk to Happo Gondola either. Really enjoyed our stay with fresh matcha tea making stuff every day as well as a little treat - usually a kitkat or mandarin :)”

“When we arrived we tried calling and messaging the property with no luck. We were trying to get them to pick us up at the bus station. When we organized our own taxi and checked in we were advised there is no phone to contact them. Other properties had shuttles to pick them up. The hotel was clean but very basic. It was very expensive for what it was. The breakfast we chose not to pay for as it was $30,000 yen per person and we already paid over $4,000 AUD for 5 nights. There was one lady at……

“客室には電子レンジはなかったが　階には一つあったので使えて良かった 部屋のエアコンは拭き掃除されてなく ちょっと吹いたら真っ黒で...汚かった 少し吹いておいて欲しい 館内がとても広く　迷子になっている高齢の方が多かった　 ベッドは　少しへたっていて腰が痛くなった 景色はとてもよく　全体的には良いホテルでした”
