「I hope this will get your attention: every time I tried to book this property for the night of that day. I tried several times, but it showed as "unavailable." So i booked another arrangement. But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response....

「The house was very clean. A short walk to a couple of bus stops and maybe 10 minutes from Nagano station. The house is very well appointed, expansive views of the city. There’s a veranda on the first floor. There are a couple of blue tooth speakers that can be linked up with. Great instructions from the host, with nice touches such as coffee and creamer.」
