What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests. ...

"Definite a good choice for a budget hotel in Nagoya, room is tidy and neat with a LG clothes storage facility, beds are big enough to sleep comfortably, staff are professional, attentive and helpful. Location is quiet while in walking distance to station and some nice eating places. "

"Hotel is located about 8 min walk to Nagoya Station and has many restaurants nearby. The room is clean, beds are comfortable, staff were friendly / helpful, the public bath is big, the breakfast was delicious. Really nothing to complain!"

"If you know the way, the hotel is connected with the underground walkway, unimall - particularly convenient in the rainy days and cold days. I walked on the ground floor as it's very late for me to arrive at Nagoya - it's a bit difficult to find it. The room is cosy and tidy with a nice city view seeing the light-up Nagoya Castle at night. The onsen bath is a bit small - it can accommodate around 4-5 persons. Overall it's a nice and valued option to stay at Nagoya."
