Your family will love this centrally located home at Milepost 10.5, just a short walk to the beach and within a mile radius of everything you'll need during your stay. Situated in the oceanside Gallery Row district, you can walk or bike to a variety of Outer Banks favorites including the Front Porch Cafe & Coffee, galleries and shops of local artists, restaurants including Red Drum and Shakas, and Dowdy Park just a mile down the road.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a covered patio with sitting area, outdoor fire pit, grilling area with gas grill and picnic table.
Mid Level: Entry Level. Rec Room with foosball table, sitting area with tiered seating, large flat-screen TV, sound bar, microwave and bar seating for 3. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV shares a Jack-n-Jill full bath with a Bedroom with 2 Singles plus a flat-screen TV. Laundry area with stacked washer and dryer.
Top Level: Open and airy Great room with large flat-screen TV and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 2 and the dining area seating 8. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, Bedroom with a Bunk Set and a full hallway bathroom.
