Seoul Namyoeng Bowling Center Hotels

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for a family holiday. The main bedroom had a sliding door which was tinted but still let the light through from the living area. This was problematic as my toddler needed to sleep early in the room at night. The other room did not have a door. There is an oven/microwave and also a stove, however, if you want to do any cooking on the stove you have to rent equipment from the hotel. Location of the hotel is good, only a short walk from a number of train stations. There is also a convenience store just outside the reception and some restaurants nearby."

"It's ok, a bit of a walk to the center for shopping and restaurants. The hotel provided no amenities and ask you to go to 7-11 downstairs to buy,not to many staff speak english"

"This the the second time I’ve stayed at Lotte Hotel in Seoul and it will definitely not be the last. The hotel staff are very helpful, very kind and friendly. Its location is very convenient with access to public transportation and walking distance to popular areas Myeongdong and Namdaemun. I shall definitely book a stay at this hotel when I visit Seoul again."

"Exactly what we needed. Very clean, ideal location from Seoul station, surprisingly spacious, and quiet. Arrived late afternoon after long flight with plans for morning train to Gyeongju Hotel Manu has the perfect location. The restaurant (separate from hotel) on first floor was an added bonus. "

"room we got was big and nice. The room cleaning staff did a thorough job with cleaning our room and making our beds. They always changed the bed sheets at room cleaning. The lobby staff was also nice and helpful. Location was convenient, close to subway station. We would stay here again."

The staffs all spoke english which made it easy to communicate. From our own personal experience with the hotel, we would definitely stay here again. "Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was also great with direct subway access and many bus options right outside. I stayed for the second time in Room 2601, but two reported room faults weren’t rectified from my last stay. 1. Cabinet hinge for the in-room fridge is almost falling apart. 2. Bathroom glass door scrapes the floor tile whenever opening/closing, raising safety risk. I hope this would be looked into as soon as possible. Hotel staff Ms Joy was exceptionally great in her service. She was patient and it was really nice of her to provide early check-in when I arrived very early."
