"The location is good, a quiet villa resort in the city center. A 5-7 mins walk to Starbucks, McDonald’s and many other restaurants if you don’t want to dine in the hotel. The staff is helpful! We had a female staff walked us to our villa as it was a bit far and showed us the room facility and etc, she was very friendly! "

"The hotel, ostensibly a 4 star hotel, has satisfactory rooms but with rather hard mattresses. The decor in the room I stayed in is a bit dated (a la 1970's) and not up to the standards or expectations for an international 4 star hotel but adequate. Small extras typically provided by 4 and 5 star hotels such as bathroom amenities, were lacking (except at additional cost). I stayed in an executive room which was spacious. "The hotel was very beautifully decorated with accommodating and friendly staff. The room was decorated with modern decor and was clean. The breakfast had lots of options of both western and Chinese food with a variety of options for vegetarians too. The pool was clean and spacious."
