Cozy first floor garden apartment, private, with private entrance...., perched on the famous Silverado Trail, gateway to the fabulous valley wineries, and world renowned restaurants. Relax and recharge in this serene setting - comfort and style at an affordable rate.

[INSIDE]: Spacious 1 bedroom apartment, 1 bath, within the city of Napa just minutes away from all the valley has to offer. Approx. 800 sq ft. of quiet privacy overlooking wooded gardens. Large bathroom has jetted bath for two, in addition a free standing glass shower with separate vanity. King bed & day bed w/two twins. Living room area has sofa, 2 swivel chairs, upholstered ottoman, gas fireplace. Large TV, TV console, Furnished in detail with original artwork, antiques, candles. Local maps provided as well as listing of our fine restaurants.

Kitchenette with refrigerator, large air-less toaster oven, micro, all dishware, table linens, cookware, accessories, coffee/teas, sugar, creamers, spices, paper goods.

Studio is sound proofed for additional quietness. More suitable for 1 couple (2 people), or with 1-2 children. Girls or guys getaway of 3-4 is also quite workable, and we have had many of these type getaways. 2 couples are not accepted, nor woman/man combinations unless as 1 couple, since this is a open studio apartment. Please inquire should you have questions. Thank you!

[OUTSIDE]: After a busy day in the valley, soak in your intimate private hot tub perched on spacious private deck overlooking wooded yard. Large gas BBQ w/complete accessories.
Lounging chairs, table for outside relaxing. Property is 1/3 acre of many trees, flower gardens, & lawn. Guests may stroll & relax anywhere on the grounds. Lower area has patio table/chairs w/umbrella, as well as new fire pit with bench and 2 rocking chairs. Meditation/zen garden nearby with relaxing water fountain and bench's.
NO OTHER RENTALS are on property, nor in the neighborhood.

Downtown Napa is just a few minutes away by car. In addition San Francisco, Berkeley, East Bay, as well as ocean beaches are within a short drive.

We had a wonderful week stay in Napa at the Cozy Retreat, a great location, very easy access to downtown Napa or to travel north up thru Napa Valley. The apartment has everything you might need as well as a beautiful back yard. Would stay again!

This place is very well thought out from the amenities to the privacy and layout. Beautiful decorations and perfect for both short and longer stays as it has all the tools for cooking. In our opinion, the location is excellent as it is under 10 minutes drive from downtown Napa, yet just outside of the dense center which gives you immediate access to Silverado trail and points northward. Barbara provides clear instructions for check in and check out. This property is an instant favorite of ours in Napa.

Comfortable and attractive. The garden in back is a delight, either for sitting down among the plantings or just on the deck with a view. Enjoyed hearing the dog scamper above us.I using a navigation app, be aware that exiting can be confusing. Enter the intersection with caution.

Valentine’s Weekend

We very much enjoyed the spaciousness, flow, and layout of the rental! It was clean and incredibly well equipped, e.g. linens, kitchen needs, etc. I loved the jetted tub and hot tub! The garden was lovely. There was a glitch on checking in, but it worked out easily and the owner was on site and quite genial. They had an extensive guide to the area which we found to be of a great help!One challenge was that the central air was connected to the house, so I had to request an adjustment and felt uncomfortable that it might be an inconvenience to the owner living there. Another was that, while the garden/property was large, it was on a small state highway, therefore not as quiet as I had hoped. Overall, we loved staying there for 5 days and found it to be a great anchor for our days out and about!

The property is adjacent to Silverado Trail, a very busy street. With the doors to the unit closed there was no noise. Instructions for the hot tub were clear, putting it to my desired temp early made it perfect for an evening soak. The house was clean. We were concerned about dog fur and dog smell as my wife is sensitive to both but there was neither noted. While there is not a stove, the host has equipment to cook in the unit. The location was 5-10 minutes from downtown. The bed was very comfortable. Barbara communicates very well.

The host has created an excellent hide-away that was perfect for our stay in Napa Valley. The location is close to many wineries and to the city of Napa, but quiet and remote enough to allow perfect relaxation. Our stay could not have been better!

Cute cottage very close to downtown Napa

I rented this cottage for a week while taking a class at the Culinary Institute and brought my dog. Barbara was very responsive and helpful and the unit was as advertised. Despite being right off Silverado trail it was quiet and peaceful.

Cozy vacation stay

Close to the city for shopping and near plenty if wineries just a short drive away. Neighborhood is calm and quiet. Interior decor is wonderful. Shower and tub are great. Overall a great stay and a wondeful location for 2 or 3 people.
