Perfect Location

My friend and I stayed here in February 2025. The house is in a great location, quiet residential neighborhood, close to downtown Naples and old historic Naples. It was perfect for what we were looking for! I highly recommend.

Controlled air conditioning

The property was nice and pretty clean; however, they control the thermostat and do not allow the temperature to go below 72 degrees. Every night I did not sleep because of being too hot. When I stay at a VRBO I expect to be able to set the thermostat to what I want as I am paying to stay there. Had I known they controlled the thermostat I would not have stayed here.
