Relax in this open floor plan home built in 2003. Remodeled in 2017. This pool offers all the latest technology including a waterfall, heat pump and color rainbow pool light. Relax in the over sized family room or step out to the lanai to enjoy the incredible southwest Florida weather. This home has everything you need on vacation, a well equipped kitchen, outside propane grill, 4 bikes some with baskets, beach chairs, towels, coolers, and plenty of sunshine. The master bedroom has a large full bath with shower. A second full bath between bedrooms has tub shower. This home has a washer and dryer, garage and plenty of parking in the driveway.

Great Place
This home was the perfect escape from Ohio for our family of 5. We loved the openness of the floor plan, as well as the outdoor area, where we spent most of our time. The home was clean, and well stocked with the basic amenities. We also loved being able to walk to the beach everyday with our kids (11, 8, and 6).

Great Location
Just a bike ride around the corner to the beach. Conveniently located near Supermarkets and shopping. The house is spacious and well kept. Very clean. Owner very helpful and responsive.
