It was fabulous very modern, clean and new. The manager was wonderful very kind as our train was late and left the keys for us to pickup. I cannot speak highly of this hotel.

Nice location

Small boutique hotel. Must check in by 7:00.but it worked for us. Nice guy that checked us in and arranged a taxi for early morning ahead of time. The only thing is they leave at 7:00 so difficult if you have needs at night. Bad cigarette smell in the hallway. Didn’t give us enough towels and we had to make do since they were gone.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

Guido was amazing to work with. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. It is close to shopping and extremely close to one of the oldest, most renowned pizza restaurants in the world! After checking out, Guido kept our luggage for us in a spare room until we could find a way to get to the train station. Outstanding service!!!

Hotels lack of service made it very difficult to checkin after 8. Very ifffy neighborhood even for Naples. So we bit the bullet and simply booked another hotel.

Hotel fica numa boa localização apesar da rua apertada e mal conservada,mas isso é uma característica de Nápoles. O quarto era muito bom,espaçoso e com um quarto separado para nosso filho,e tinha até um terraço. Café da manhã razoável, poderia ter opções de frios mas é satisfatório.

Trotz guter, zentraler Altstadt-Lage nur bedingt zu empfehlen: Gebuchtes Deluxe-DZ zwar geräumig, aber Schrank hat 3 Bügel und ist extrem hoch eingebaut - unzugänglich für Leute unter 1,80m. Räume hellhörig. Balkon ohne Stühle; Frühstück sehr mager: nur Marmelade-/Honigabpackungen, Jogurts. 1 Croissant,1 gefüllte Gebäcksache wird zugeteilt, Will man an die Kaffeemaschine, wird das Personal ärgerlich. Positiv: gut gepolsterte Bettmatratze

Wlan Netz funktionierte nicht; erst am letzten Tag. Zimmer anders als auf den Bildern. Deluxe Zimmer gemietet: kein Tisch keine Stühle sah aus wie ein Standart Zimmer. Warmes Wasser aus der Dusche kam nur mäßig und war sehr laut.Getränke aus der Mini Bar wurden berechnet, obwohl sie nicht konsumiert wurden. Personal an der Rezeption schien überfordert. Wollte Mitgefühl anstatt eine Lösung zu präsentieren.

Beliggenhet var perfekt med tanke på lydnivå og kort avstand til gågate og kollektiv transport. Dette stedet hadde ikke frokost ,men det valgte vi bestemt for så å benytte oss av de lokales utvalg av italienske godbiter. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet og rommet. Tommel opp.
