Perfect!

The communication and responsiveness from Naples Properties was incredible. The house is better than the pictures indicate. Beautifully decorated and equipped. The outdoor area and backyard was our hangout spot!

The house was amazing.

I will stay at this property again when visiting Naples. I would highly recommend it to a large group the way it is set up works great. Our 8-year-old granddaughter loved the bunk bed off the Master bedroom.

LOCATION!!!!!

The location is the best!!! The house is really nice equipment. It is not too big for many people but for 8 or 10 people is enough. Thank you for everything!!

Gorgeous and so much fun

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property! Definitely recommend. The only small thing I would say is that the neighbors don’t like music playing at 4 pm on a weekend (it wasn’t even loud, we were just a family enjoying the pool and playing music). But don’t let that grumpy neighbor deter you from renting this amazing house! The pool was warm and lovely! We had everything we needed. Even had chairs, a cooler and an umbrella that we took to the beach! The property manager Jennifer was lovely and so helpful. Thank you Jennifer for everything.

Amazing House!

Our family of 5 just returned from vacation here and we can’t wait to come back! Jennifer was so easy to communicate with, she allowed us a late check out and dropped off pool / beach toys after we couldn’t find any. The house is clean, well-kept and has a great layout for families. We loved the pool and location of the house is close to downtown, the zoo and the Vanderbilt shops/restaurant. Thank you for having us!

We loved our vacation here!

We had a great vacation here with the family and grandparents. The house was gorgeous and clean as promised, pleasantly spacious and cozy at the same time. The pool and backyard is truly a small oasis with plenty of seating choices and space for games and lounging around the pool all day. The host was very responsive and took care of all our needs expeditiously. The only improvements we would highly suggest to this home are (and take into consideration we were there during peak summer extreme heat) would be these: - Add a pool fountain to help cool the pool water a few degrees or more. They make ones that attach easily. It was like climbing into bath water most days. - The house AC struggled ALOT to keep the house below 73/74 during the days and at night we like it cool for sleeping and it struggled to do so; and the worst part was there were certain rooms it was even worse in and felt very low on cool air circulation. - Lastly, the beds were too stiff. We like a softer, memory foam type mattress, but I get that that is a personal preference. But literally EVERYTHING else is magical and perfect. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. The location is close to just about everything in Naples.

Good but needs some stuff.

Our stay was good. We originally had 14 in our group but only had 9 of us. Had all 14 of us were able to come it would have been very tight. Suggestion, place to hang bath towels, more than 1wash clothe per bathroom, and dish cloths, kitchen hand towels, more coffee cups. No remote for master bedroom ceiling fan, we had to rely on bathroom light. Temperature was hard to control in bedrooms.

Great for Family Vacation

This house was over all great and had lots of space for our group of nine which included 3 kids as well. There were just a few things i was overly picky about. The master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable. There is a big “dip” in the middle which was not fun trying to stay out of. My husband and I ended up shoving like 3 pillows between us to keep us from falling in. We were super bummed about the Blackstone, we went to use it and there was lots of rust which prevented us from using it. Definitely needs a deep clean before use. And lastly the pots and pans could use some updating most of the “nonstick” was rusted or mostly gone which made the cooking and cleaning a little extra tough but we managed. Over all this was a beautiful and spacious home. The pool was fantastic!
