Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, provide a photo of ID after booking to confirm minimum age requirement, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking, vaping, or parties allowed. One dog (max 50 lbs) is allowed with non-refundable fee.
