Your 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom first floor walkout condo is conveniently located just steps from the tramway that takes you on a short ride through the natural scenic Mangroves Forest to the North and South Beach Pavilions, each with its own restaurant/bar and all the facilities to enjoy a day at the beach. Complimentary beach Chaise lounges and beach umbrellas are provided (just bring your beach towel that we provide), and sailboats, canoeing, and kayaks are part of the package. Fine and casual dining are beachside, along with morning exercise programs you can sign up for.
Valencia is a very friendly association that has a strong, inviting social activities base that is welcoming and you can enjoy. The view from your garden walk-out lanai is a beautiful lake, with a lovely fountain, and the community pool and clubhouse, which are just steps away. This crystal clean unit is full stocked, freshly painted, updated, and recently redecorated, with a new 55" HDTV in the comfy, fun living room. The master bedroom boasts a King size bed, new 42" HDTV, and an en suite bath with soaking tub and walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, with an adjacent bathroom with a generous walk-in tiled shower. The third bedroom has a 2 twin trundle bed. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast seating area for two, and a pass-thru to the 6-7 seating dining area. New washer and dryer in the unit. Carport parking is conveniently located just steps outside your door. Bike rentals nearby just outside of the Pelican Bay property make it fun to explore the bike paths and the nearby beauty of the Pelican Bay area, or take a quick morning ride to the nearby state of the art Pelican Bay Fitness center (1 mile from the condo).
There are 10 tennis courts at the South Tennis Center diagonally across the street from the condo, and there are 8 lighted courts at the North Tennis Center (which is also adjacent to the Community Center and the state of the art 25,000 square foot Pelican Bay Fitness Center/Art Studio/Computer Lounge/Bridge Card Playing Leagues) and just down the street from the condo. There are Tennis Leagues and Instruction available by appointment. There are men's and women's coffee leagues.There is also a small fitness center located in the Valencia clubhouse for a quick workout if you don't have time to go to the Pelican Bay Fitness Center. The Valencia Pool Clubhouse also has a small library and kitchen facilities along with an events room.
Pelican Bay is also the location of the famous "Waterside Shops" upscale open air shopping mall, The Naples Performing Arts Center, "Artis-Naples" Museum, and many fine dining restaurants.
