「The bathroom was dirty. The carpet was soggy. We didn’t get the room we signed up for. Then they socked us with $80 extra with no explanation. Never staying at Best Western again.」

「The room was musty smelling and everything felt damp. The carpeting was so filthy it was almost sticky feeling on your bare feet. Bathroom was clean but did not fill the toilet paper up. Left nearly empty rolls and no extras. It advertises a pool but there is no pool. The ice from the ice machine tasted terrible. Most of the front desk staff we encounter did not hardly speak or understand English. I do not recommend this place and we will not be staying there again. I would sleep in my car...
