“This was our second visit to Rhythm and this feedback is purely based on recent experience and has nothing to do with Room, Staff, amenities which over all was excellent. 2 less stars are for Inhouse Food. 1. When we take a package inclusive of all Meals, we expect a good variety taste enhancement. 2. Unfortuently this time flavours were all repetitive and kids options were quite a few. 3. Considering Rhythm stands among the 5*category and amount we spend for the stay, we expect that quality……

“Received one out of two rooms on time. Second room was delayed by 45-min and then found out the bathroom was not cleaned at all with urine smell permeating through the room. After booking experience was also not optimal. Received several messages from property manager asking for 50% upfront payment inspite of booking for payment at time of checking. Could not reach property at the number listed at the Expedia booking site or the one in the email from property manager for clarification.……

“Can’t be a five star. Not even a 3 star. Property - no ambience. In the middle of densely populated area. No view. Most of the time there is smoke coming from one side or the other as people around are burning waste. Furniture is dirty and uncomfortable. Even dhabas have better furniture. Loud music - like they play on streets - where as you expect a quiet time during sunset dinner on Terrace. Staff don’t look at you or smile. They didn’t even offer the welcome drink when we checked in……

“I think the positive reviews are paid ones. They converted an old bungalow into a hotel. It was right besides train crossing and every now and then you could hear the noise of trains. Some basic facilities like intercom was missing. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedsheet was not so clean. A basic thing like shampoo and bodywash were not provided. Last but not the least, when i wanted to make a card payment, they did not have card swiping machine. Nothing great about the food. ”

“Pleasing stay. The road to reaching to hotel is bad especially if you are reaching the hotel in night. Food was excellent. They served whatever variation you asked for e,g, spicy, non-spicy etc.”

“They have built this property with lots of good facilities. But the pools and other facilities sorely need some maintenance and TLC. Service both at the rooms and restaurant left a lot to be desired. ”
