"Ok for overnight stay at hotel for early morning flight. Cleanliness of room is average as there are streaks and marks on bathroom and counter. Had to kill a couple of flying insects in the room. The shower water runs out all over the bathroom floor,"

"Enjoyed my stay at hotel mystays. Convenient shuttle for transportation to the train station, to Narita airport and to the mall. Limited English spoken. Amenities were nice and clean, wish they were all 24hrs but last walk in was 2130 hours which is still good for a 2200hr closing. Plenty of consumable goods with a 24 hr family market inside of the hotel. Refrigerator inside of the room with a microwave on the 3rd 6th and 9th floors. I can’t truly rate the hotel food bc I only ate breakfast at the hotel which I wasn’t a big fan. But the 24 hr market definitely has good food!!"

"Very inexpensive large modern room, $54 usd Monday night from Expedia! What a deal for a Hilton style hotel ! Free shuttle service from and to Narita. Very convenient to everything in Narita. Just book it, you won’t find a better deal for this quality. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I travel in Japan ✌️"

"I highly recommend this hotel if you’ve just arrived in Japan or need a good rest before your flight back home. The hotel has clean rooms, comfortable beds, a wide variety of food options, and a nice onsen. The free shuttle service to and from the airport and Narita JR Station is a great bonus."
