"we paid a little extra for a castle view and it was tha we worth the money. Gorgeous breakfast was good. I wouldn’t say amazing. the beds a little hard. You can’t adjust the temperature in the room and it does get rather warm so I recommend opening the window. The best part was the proximity to the castle."

"The hotel is basic but works. I had booked the quadruple room with the 2 bunks but the beds were not very comfortable. The comforter was plush and nice but the mattress was super thin and firm. We actually took one mattress from the top bunk and doubled up one of the lower beds to help with back pain in the morning. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everyone walking above you. Other than those 2 things, it's a decent room. It's nice having the kitchenette. Location is great, closer to the train station, family mart and restaurants. There's baggage locks in the lobby to store your bags after check out if needed."

"The air conditioning worked well and we were glad that the panel included English! It was cold outside so it wouldn't get too cold. I did notice that the water temperature from the shower in the room fluctuated quite a bit. There is a Lawson at the corner and its a pretty straight walk to the Shin Osaka station close to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line."

"Although it is a short walk from Shin-Osaka Station east exit, the exit itself is a long walk from the ticket gates, so the actual walking time to the hotel is upward of 10 minutes. The upside is that the area is quieter, with smaller restaurants and cafes that are not so overrun with tourists. Not many shops near the hotel itself, so you have to walk to the station or further. The Lawson next door is a life-saver in this case. Great room, clean and spacious. Nice facilities."

"It was also very convenient that the hotel elevator connected directly to the shopping center. By taking the escalator, I could easily reach Uniqlo, MUJI, and Starbucks without going outside, which was especially convenient."
