Amazing stay!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this property. The house had four bedrooms and the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. If I could buy these mattresses for my home, I would have. The house was clean. The house looked just like the pictures. It was a great stay! I would 100% would stay here again! I’ve already referred others to this rental!

Perfect house in the perfect location

7 ladies came to Nashville from AZ for a bachelorette. Plenty of space for all of us to not be on top of each other. House was clean, just a few minor things but no deal breakers. More than enough towels, washcloths, pillows and blankets. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses and utensils, pots and pans. House was comfortable . Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. All the hot spots are just a quick Uber all rides were very affordable. All the ladies agreed they would stay here again!

Definitely a must stay

3 groups of friends went to Nashville for Valentine weekend and had a great time. This house was perfect after adventuring around Nashville. The beds were so comfortable, the house was clean and cozy, owners were great and stayed in communication with us. Will stay here again and again!

Wonderful stay in Nashville

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Music City Charmer. The house has everything you need to have a great time, and the property is thoughtfully maintained. We had plenty of space for seven guys. The property is close to most anything you’d want to do in Nashville. We look forward to staying there again!

Nashville Vacation

Excellent place to stay! Very beautiful, comfortable, and has ALL the amenities of your very own home! It really couldn’t be more perfect! There were only four of us but this home has a lot of space! Beds very comfortable showers were great! I really can’t say enough about it!

Amazing

Beautiful, updated home. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and 3 full bathrooms. We were able to Uber anywhere in minutes, grilled burgers out back. Very nice sitting area out there. I would recommend or stay again in a heartbeat.

Nashville Hideaway

This house was perfect for our group. It looks fairly small from the front but don’t let that fool you. We had ten people and all slept comfortably. Plus, it didn’t take long to get downtown, to the Gulch, music row or to East Nashville. The neighborhood is a bit transitional(this appears to be one of the nicer homes) but we felt comfortable and would stay here again!

Nashville spring break

Overall, nice property. We did have a few issues. Access Code did not work on arrival. Management replied and issued a new code. We had them wait till we tried it. Hall bath had clogged sink drain. Lower master bath had no hot water at sink. We saw ground bee/wasp holes behind outside table in side yard. Cooking surface was dirty when we arrived. Large gaps in outside door frames. I would recommend a fresh coat of paint on front door….looks a bit beat up. Overall, good rental, lots of room & quiet location. They took the garbage can so we left garbage in kitchen. There was never a recycle bin for us to use.

If your looking for a great place to stay, look no further! This house is perfect and so cute. Roughly a 5-10 minute Uber ride to anything we wanted to do while in Nashville! Thanks for a great place to stay!

From our initial contact to our last goodbyes the company held up their end of the agreement with exceptional professionalism! This option is better than hotel or motel stays by far!

This house is absolutely adorable! Quiet neighborhood. Is filled with every amenity. Beds are so comfy. We had the best time celebrating my sister’s 70th birthday!! Thank you for such a great experience! Would recommend and definitely Stu again if the opportunity arises!
