The location was great, the beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for 6 of us. The 2 bathrooms helped with all of us getting ready as well.

Gultch great stay!

Cute furnishings… a little noisy… but it’s Nashville… close enough to walk to downtown.. 2 miles … Gultch is nice area good restaurants there Milk And Honey, Biscuit Love… also Edgehill is close and nice and Midtown Cafe and Mockingbird Cafe great restaurants nearby!

Vacasa immediately sent communication upon arrival and offered to address some of our cleanliness concerns right away. Great stay. Beds were comfortable. Located close to everything we wanted to do for the weekend.

The location was awesome. Safe neighborhood and a 10 min walk to the shopping, restaurants of the Gulch, 5 min Uber to downtown. The place was clean and spacious! The management staff was helpful and responsive. overall it was a great stay and I’d stay there again

Our apartment at Illume was extremely clean! When we did have some lock code difficulty, the management team was super fast and immediately responded to assist! Highly recommend!

Cute place, great location

We enjoyed our stay here! Cute condo with easy walking access to the Gulch and Broadway not too far beyond that. Loved that the windows face south for lots of sunlight! Nearby interstate traffic noise is audible and the complex itself kind of has thin walls but overall not a big deal. The room with two beds in it is much more spacious with a better bathroom and closet, plus has windows, as compared to the room with the king bed.

Cute condo, Great for weekend stay

Cute condo, clean pool, quick drive or scooter to Broadway. Fit 6 adults comfortably. No cushion for early arrivals or late departures. Can hear people upstairs but that is to be assumed in most apartment/condo buildings. Agency provides immediate responses if you need anything throughout your stay.

Nashville 2023

Floors in rooms were very dusty. Not many towels for use and no starter laundry detergent to wash what towels were there. Tape from decorations were left on windows and walls also. Fridge front had smudges from cleaning service. Great location and easy access for getting rides to popular destinations.

Nice Place, Few Problem Though

We came in town for a couple days and the location of this place was great, but we ran into a few problems. The air conditioner was not working. I notified the property management company and they said they’d be out to repair, but by the time they were able to, the temperature had dropped. I advised it was not necessary by that time and they never came. I hope this is repaired before the next renters check in. We were quite uncomfortable the first night. Next, the main bedroom had hairs on the bedding. I asked the property management company to replace the bedding but again, they could not come until the next day and therefore I washed the bedding myself before using. I requested additional towels (they gave us 6 towels for 4 people) and was told they’d be delivered, but they never were. The walls in this unit were paper thin so you could hear Dogs barking all night, a lot of running around from the people staying directly above us and frequent sirens (I suppose there was a firehouse nearby). The place was in a good location- short Uber ride to downtown. Overall a good stay but needs some improvements from property management.

Wonderful kitchen and laundry appliances. Very comfortable size and interior design. Central location - easy to get to different parts of town. If staying over 3 nights, bring laundry and dishwasher soaps since only a ‘starter supply’ is provided.

Nashville with seniors, tough

Great location to get around but not on foot. Twin beds a challenge to get in very very high and sides so soft impossible to get in.over all nice size unit

Spacious and comfortable

This is a beautiful, spacious property. It was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of toiletries and towels for everyone. Check in and check out were easy. The neighborhood is fine, just not very walkable to many things. the kitchen was well equipped, though we were surprised there weren’t any wine glasses. Overall, it was the perfect choice for 3 friends who wanted to visit Nashville and also have a comfortable space to relax and spend time together.

Beds need fixed.

Beds are leaning and we slept sideways to avoid rolling into each other. The keyless entry codes should be 1 code not 2 codes and not 9 digits.

I feel the management response to any inquiries I had was great. The cleanliness of unit was very good I would simply recommend replacing all fabric covered furniture to a leather or other wipeable surface for stains to be avoided. The only other thing is the outdoor patio needs to be cleaned much better more often and the furniture again should be solid surface rather than cushions which stain.

A good home base for Nashville

The condo was well equipped (although there was only 1 wine glass?!). Garage parking was easily accessed and provided for 1 car. The beds were super comfortable, and we had enough towels. The gym was well equipped. Having in-unit laundry was great! The condo would benefit from a deep clean and we had a clogged sink in the guest room. We managed fine with the 2nd sink and didn’t bother asking for maintenance. The master bath shower curtain needs to be bleached or replaced. It was easy to get to the airport and downtown and out of town.
