Clean and modern
Great , clean and well furnished condo. Good walking distance to the Parthenon. Neighborhood not quite as friendly as I was hoping, but could walk to several restaurants.

Annoying to be forced to download the management company's app to get check in info when it could easily be an email or a message thru VRBO. However, their response time to messages was fantastic; 30 minutes or less, regardless of the time of day or night. Towels, sheets and pillows were great & high quality. Bed is barely even 12 inches off the ground, which was annoying and was way too soft for our liking. Home had a few issues, which I alerted management about & they offered to come take a look the next day; baseboard disintegrating in bathroom, light over the shower was dangling & also a grommet missing from kitchen faucet. Clean enough that we felt comfortable except that the top ledge around the shower was dusty. Walls are VERY thin; we could hear our neighbors' conversations and they were not rowdy neighbors but annoying when you're trying to sleep. Otherwise, the building is relatively quiet. Decent neighborhood but there are panhandlers only a few blocks away, which is obviously not the property's fault. Until you figure out that there's 2 levels of parking under the building, each accessed from different sides, it's confusing. Overall, a decent stay but bring earplugs in case your neighbors keep different hours than you.

Great location, beautiful condo
The location was perfect to downtown. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. Condo was exactly what was pictured. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will definitely stay again.
