Great location, close to a grocery store and not too far from Broadway street. Quiet and clean, houses have everything we needed for our stay.

The stay was great. We had a large group of couples so having all the bedrooms were perfect for privacy and then the common areas were great for everyone to gather and hang out. Would highly recommend.

21st Birthday Getaway

We had a large group of family and friends to celebrate my daughter’s 21 birthday. We loved all three units. They were clean and we all felt very comfortable in these units. We loved that there was a supermarket across the street. We utilized Ubers and it was easy and convenient. Very close to downtown. We would definitely stay in these u it’s again.

Great Experience Would Stay Again!

Our family booked all 3 units to celebrate my nieces 21st birthday. Our group consisted of adults, teenagers and young children. The house was perfect for us and we loved the location, probably less than a 10 minute uber to Broadway. Ubers always arrived within 2 mins! The houses are also directly across the street from a Kroger grocery store and also a liquor store (the grocery stores in Nash don't sell hard alcohol.) We loved having so many bathrooms and there was always plenty of linens.the kitchens seemed to have what we needed although we never cooked. What I will say was exceptional about these properties was the service from AvantStay! They were always quick to respond and accommodate within minutes.
